Our exclusive lead buyer may receive commission in the form of a referral from any sales made. However, we will properly notify you as the listing agent of the inquiries on your listing according to the rules set forth by our data providers, or, if we receive listing data via direct MLS feed, we will only send notifications required by that MLS to meet compliance requirements.
